Chaos Lighting from the Fishing Hole

I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have been on a fishing outing, only to have my day ruined by a tangled fishing line, or a knot that I can't seem to fix. I also can't even begin to tell you how many times, I just said screw it, and cut half my line off in frustration. However, going along with the general theme of my last post, design is all around us and designer Francois Azambourg has created a drop lamp that looks just like a tangled fishing line! The lamp is called Brindilles by Lignet Roset, and its chaotic design resembles a plethora of tangled cords that form into intricate points, weaving through 108 Flash LEDs. The lamp is made out of fiber optic cables, which gives it a star-like, floating appearance. Furthermore, the lamp hangs down 8 and 1/2 feet from the ceiling, so look out! You could get yourself tangled in this thing. My recommendation-don't walk near it drunk and don't let any of your pets in the same room as it.

Retail: $4,640.00-No Small price
My goal for this summer is to go fishing, just once, without any incidents. It's so frustrating seeing your friends having a great time, while you just can't seem to figure out how your line got that tangled!
