One of my favorite documentary photographers, Lewis Hine, championed social reform and better workplace conditions behind the lens of his camera. A turn of the century photographer, much of Hine's work sought to capture working class Americans and the poor conditions of blue collar employment. He also took many of his photographs as a strong advocate for putting an end to child labor, which was achieved during his lifetime. Some great stuff here...Photos: Flickr, yesterprints
