Happy Mother's Day and the Week Ahead

I had a good Mother's Day today and I hope that you all had a similar experience. I spent most of my day with exactly the person that you are supposed to spend time with, or at least those that are lucky enough to be able to do just that.

As for the blog, I am flattered that it is getting so much attention. A month in, and I am thrilled that on Friday, the JPLC got its most hits ever. Keep em coming! I promise, for those who are dedicated readers, there will be a giveaway very soon, perhaps of a certain very famous Laviani piece (obvious hint?).

Tonight was a great night for the Celtics! 300 Pound Glen "Big Baby" Davis (yeah...this guy) hit a last second buzzer beater to beat the Orlando Magic, bringing the series back to Boston for game 5; the series is tied at two games a piece. Big Baby, known for his eccentric, and often emotional personality, hit two key shots down the stretch and was the key to the victory tonight. Most of the time, the guy looks like he's in his own world but he was in the zone tonight. The Bruins and Red Sox also won tonight. Life is good!
